NXT Viewership Rises In Second Week On Tuesday

NXT had its second episode on Tuesday and they had hyped it up with a big one on one encounter between LA Knight and Dexter Lumis, the return of Kyle O’Reilly following TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, and the debut of Sarray. How were the ratings?

Showbuzz Daily has reported that NXT had an overnight average of 841,000 and a .23 in the 18-49 demographic. It’s a nice jump from last week’s 805,000 viewers and a .22 in the same demographic. It’s also a nice jump from their final night on Wednesday where they had 768,000 for night one of TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, which also aired on Peacock.

NXT was also ranked 27th in the top 150 shows on cable television as well, a respectable placement. Now we’ll see if the upward trend continues in week three.
