Paul Robinson Releases Second Statement Regarding Speaking Out Accusations

Yesterday evening Paul Robinson released a second statement regarding his speaking out accusation, which recently came to light once more when it was revealed by Progress Wrestling that Robinson had worked as an agent behind the scene for the Progress Chapters 104 – 108. Many fans called out the British wrestling promotion for working with someone who had been named during speaking out movement in June of last year, Robinson also represented the company as the Proteus champion.

Following the backlash on social media Paul Robinson and Progress came to a mutual decision for Robinson to leave the promotion. Robinson would follow this up by releasing a written statement on Facebook addressing some of the accusations that had be thrown at him during the back lash on social media. Robinson has now released a second statement via video message which he posted on social media yesterday evening.

In the statement Robinson would once again go over the incident in question whilst additionally addressing some of the accusations and names labelled against him on Social Media platforms. Addressing the incident, Robinson once again reiterated some of points in his original statement, such as not knowing Jess prior to the events in question and that he had not been part of a grooming group as some people had suggested on social media.

Robinson continued to add that he had not supplied any alcohol to Jess during their interactions. He would also make it clear that Jess’ father had accompanied her during the German tour. He would also clarify that there had been no physical contact, sexual or other wise and reiterated that he had actually tried to help Jess when he had found out what had been happening to the young girl by the IPW owner. Robinson choose to no longer work for that company whilst Daniel Elder ran the promotion.
