Keith Lee had been announced for Elimination Chamber in a United States Title triple threat match. However, last night on Raw the announcers did address that something had put his status in question for the show.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about Keith Lee. While nothing was firmly said about his status, they did talk about whether or not he would make it to the show. That said, there might be a forced change on the card.
“It’s up in the air right now. So, it might be just Lashley and Matt Riddle in a singles match again.”
Nobody has any confirmation why Lee missed Raw or if he’s actually going to be at the show, but things seem to be very up in the air for a show that was once looking firmly locked down.
