Mustafa Ali Drops Cryptic Tweets About WWE’s Business Model

When it comes to being boldly honest about social justice in the WWE, it’s Mustafa Ali. The leader of Retribution has never been shy when it comes to his thoughts on calling out racism and a lack of representation in the world of pro wrestling and especially in the WWE.

Yesterday and today, Ali has taken to Twitter to vent some frustration about some of those issues, mostly revolving around what seems to be his and Retribution’s lack of being used or featured prominently. Ali’s faction is a very diverse group culturally and it seems they may have been given a suggestion as to what they can do to secure more air time, something Ali certainly isn’t for.

More importantly, today Ali added a little more to that feeling, a tweet talking about how most companies use representation of other cultures and ethnicities when it comes to business. These tweets can tread a fine line on things between his character and how he may really feel, but it’s clear that Ali is starting to feel slighted with the system or has long been made jaded by it.
