SmackDown Sees Increase In Viewership From Last Week

Following last week’s SmackDown that saw a new number one contender crowned, SmackDown promoted a contract signing and the tease that Shinsuke Nakamura would respond to having a Universal Title shot stolen from him. How did it do in the ratings?

Showbuzz Daily has reported Smackdown had an overnight viewership of 2.153 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.0025 viewers. It’s also an increase from the New Year’s Day episode of 1.915 million viewers, but a drop from Christmas Day’s episode that had 3.335 million viewers.

Last night’s SmackDown also drew a .6 in the 18-49 demographic.
