WrestleMania 37 was scheduled to happen on March 27 when it was announced during WrestleMania 36, last year but it appears that WWE is planning on moving WrestleMania 37 to a new date.
WrestleMania 37 rescheduled date appears to be on April 11 now.
According to Fightful Select, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and everything is subject to change, internal plans are to move the WrestleMania 37 date from March 27 to April 11.
It wouldn’t be taking place at either Tropicana Field or Amway either, as the Tampa Bay Rays and Orlando Magic respectively will be using those venues.
WrestleMania 37 had rumors of a date change and it appears the WWE has figured out a new possible date if plans do not change. WrestleMania 37 was also intended to take place out in California but due to the pandemic California will not be hosting this year’s WrestleMania.
WWE cannot use their current setup for the locations of the ThunderDome such as the Amway Center in Orlando because the Orlando Magic will still be playing basketball, as well as, Tropicana Field because the Tampa Bay Rays will be playing baseball too.
A possible location for WrestleMania 37 would be the location intended for WrestleMania 36, Raymond James Stadium..which currently has not plans intended on that date.
Stay tuned to see if anything changes between now and the newly intended WrestleMania 37 date.
