All Elite Wrestling had scheduled tentative plans to go back on the road next month. Tickets were even on sale for an event in late February at the Prudential Center on the 24th. Unfortunately, this no longer looks to be the case.
AEW took to their official Twitter today to reveal they were rescheduling the event for September 15th of this year. They have told fans who purchased tickets they can either receive a refund within the next 30 days at the point of purchase or they can hold onto them as they will be valid for the event.
Obviously, this is still affected by COVID-19, which still has yet to subside. Though vaccines are being distributed, cases are still going up and the death toll has yet to plateau or drop. It’s a difficult time in the world right now, we can only hope things start to get better so we can slowly begin returning to our way of life.
