Ricochet’s WWE Contract Might Expire This Week

There has been a lot of speculation on the future of Ricochet in the WWE, and we’ve reported on some of it. Now there’s an addendum to that speculation, and it shows there’s a chance we may have seen the last of the One and Only in the WWE.

WWE announced Ricochet had signed on January 16th, 2018. As reported, the deal was for three years. Unless there’s a contract extension or a new contract that hasn’t been reported, there’s a matter of days left for him in the company.

Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Live addressed the speculation as we mentioned in our last report on Ricochet, suggesting his booking was a sign that he was out the door. Now it seems that if Alvarez is correct, Ricochet wasn’t even booked on his final Raw before his contract ended.

Obviously this is speculation, but this does bear the question what happens next now should all of this be true. And the bigger question of what’s next for the former WWE United States Champion.
