Tonight’s NXT UK Main Event will play host to the Heritage Cup Final between Trent Seven and A-Kid. Who will be the first NXT UK Superstar to hold the Trophy?
A-Kid made his way to tonight’s final by defeating Flash Morgan Webster in the first round and overcoming one of his biggest rivals in Noam Dar, in the Semi-Finals.
Trent Seven started the tournament with a win against Kenny Williams in the first round and in the semi finals, Seven managed to defeat Dave Mastiff.
WWE first announced the Heritage Cup when they announced the relaunch of NXT UK, promising a tournament like nothing we had seen before, paying homage and harking back to the days of British World of Sports Wrestling of the eighties, with the rules as follows;
Trent Seven has the experience advantage but A-Kid has the advantage of youth on his side. Just who will come out on top, we will have to wait until tonight to find out.
