WWE Files New Trademarks For Charlotte Flair And Others

WWE has been on a trademark spree lately. Whether it’s them trademarking the names of stars already on television, names for stars yet to arrive on television, finishing moves, shows, nicknames, the WWE is after all of them.

They added a few more to the fold on November 17th, filing trademarks for The Goddess, The Queen, and Big Don. PWInsider reported the trademarks were for “entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances.”

Two of these are pretty easy to guess. The Goddess and The Queen are for Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair respectively. That last one might be anyone’s guess, but it might become clear soon enough. Considering the recent portrayal of Roman Reigns and some of his own descriptions, one would assume The Big Dog could transition into being The Big Don, and Michael Cole won’t have to change how he introduces him on commentary much. We’ll find out soon enough.
