Report: Samoa Joe Has Suffered Concussion During RAW

Samoa Joe teamed up with Kevin Owens and faced off against Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy for the RAW Tag Team Titles on RAW this week. However, he did not finish the match.

Samoa Joe landed a dive to the outside and had to be taken away. Kevin Owens almost won the match for his team by himself. On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Melter said that it was not part of the show.

“The belief is that Joe has a concussion which is obviously not a good thing. That’s not 100%, but that was the belief a couple of hours ago. A concussion is the kind of unpredictable injury where you know he could be back next Monday or he could be back in six months you just don’t know. So, yeah that’s the situation he landed on his head and got a concussion.”

We hope Samoa Joe returns to the ring soon enough and does not miss much time. As the road to Wrestlemania finally started, it would be unfortunate if he missed Wrestlemania.
