Randy Orton Told He Needed Neck Surgery

WWE Superstar Randy Orton has been dealing with an injury recently, and has since returned to action after missing some time. However, it sounds like despite making his return to the ring, that Orton might not be completely healed.

When discussing Randy Orton, Dave Meltzer stated that Orton was told “a few years back” that he needed to undergo neck surgery and would be out of action for a year. But as you may have noticed, Orton did not miss a year’s worth of ring-time because he never had the surgery after seeking out a second opinion.

Regarding Randy Orton, Meltzer said:

“A few years back his doctor told him he would need neck surgery which would have kept him out of action for a year, but later got a second opinion from another doctor who said he didn’t need the surgery.”

While we have just recently seen the return of The Viper to active competition, it looks like we might have to keep an eye on Orton’s neck as he just recently re-aggreviated the injury in a match against Aleister Black.

We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about any possible injury to Randy Orton.
