Exclusive: Pediatric Cancer Foundation Scammed By Jerry Lawler’s Ex-Podcast Host Glenn Moore

If you haven’t been following along, Jerry Lawler had a podcast called Dinner With The King. The podcast had a host named Glenn Moore, who has been friends with Jerry for close to a decade. Glenn Moore would use the Dinner With The King Twitter account to scam fans into buying artwork and merchandise that they never received. The story made local Memphis news which brought more fans forward to tell their stories and Jerry eventually commented on the matter.

After Jerry’s Twitter post, more fans were made aware that they would not be receiving what Glenn Moore had promised them. One in particular spoke with me anonymously about how they were going to use artwork and memorabilia to raise money for a cancer foundation.

The foundation is named Ali’s Rae of Hope.

The Rae of Hope Foundation was started in July after the passing of our hero, our daughter Ali Rae.  For five long years, Ali battled a grade 1 brain stem tumor and cancerous tumors in her cerebellum and her spine.  While going thru this, as well as multiple bouts with chemotherapy and radiation, Ali continued to have a positive outlook on life and battled til her last day.  For those who knew Ali, early on you would not even know she was suffering from a major life-threatening illness.  Her appearance changed over the last few months but Ali’s spirit continued to blaze a trail into peoples hearts.  Her fighting, loving spirit will continue to live in all who knew her.

Our Mission

To provide financial assistance to those families whose child is currently in treatment for a pediatric brain tumor or brain cancer. Whatever we can do to free up time and money in order for everlasting memories to be made, then we have accomplished our goal.

Ali’s Rae of Hope

An Ali’s Rae of Hope spokesperson spoke about how wrestling is involved in the charity.

Summer Showdown II Station Camp High School Gallatin, TN I do these events partnering Crimson of Tried N True Pro Wrestling. Foundation is Ali’s Rae of Hope in memory of my daughter Ali whom we lost to brain cancer June 2017.

Glenn Moore had agreed to a deal where he would sell merchandise that would then be sold by the foundation for donation money. Below is the transcripts of the conversation and scam.

The foundation has also said

Foundation in no way shape or form blames Jerry Lawler for any of this. We are lifelong fans of the King. He is a victim in this as well.

I am writing this on July 6th, 2019. As of this writing Glenn has not returned the money. The benefit wrestling show is on August 17th, 2019. Glenn is a stain on the wrestling community and I am hoping, we as a community can pull together to help out this foundation. If you, friends you know, wrestlers you know or anyone that could help are willing to help, please spread the word. Let’s turn this extreme negative into a positive. Share, retweet, e-mail or donate if you can.

Glenn Moore should be more than ashamed of himself for his actions against fans but especially this.

Thank you to Llama Drama for helping me out on this article. They are continuing investigating into Glenn Moore.

We here at Bodyslam will do our best to let everyone’s voice be heard, if you or someone you know has been scammed by Glenn Moore, there are a couple things you can do to fight back.

File reports/complaints with PayPal or credit cards to try to get that started. Save what info you have but the most important thing is to file a police report in their area. It will then be forwarded to his local PD. You can file a complaint with the FBI Cyber Crimes, or reach out to Jerry Lawler. Only problem with reaching out to Jerry is that there isn’t a surefire way to get ahold of him.
