Triple H Confirms He Watched AEW’s Double Or Nothing & Wasn’t Upset With Cody’s Throne Spot

Cody Rhodes took a direct shot at WWE’s Triple H during AEW’s Double or Nothing PPV when he destroyed a throne that resembled Triple H’s with a sledgehammer prior to his match against his brother Dustin “Goldust” Rhodes.

Many people wondered if there would be some sort of return fire from Triple H or WWE after the throne spot at Double Or Nothing, and others questioned whether or not Triple H had even seen the segment.

According to a report from Brad Shepard, not only did Triple H watch Double or Nothing, he wasn’t upset over Cody’s sledgehammer throne spot. Triple H confirmed Brad’s report earlier today during WWE’s Media call.

“Triple H watched #AEWDON, as I reported, but as I also reported, he wasn’t upset by Cody’s destruction of the throne with a sledgehammer bit. #WWE #OYDKWS”
