Jake Hager May Have Accidentally Revealed He and Jon Moxley Are Heading to AEW
Monday on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show on ESPN, Jake Hager aka Jack Swagger was a guest talking about his most recent win for Bellator.
Anyway, during that interview All Elite Wrestling was brought up and not did Swagger hint that he may be appearing for the new promotion, but he may have accidentally revealed that Dean Ambrose, now known as Jon Moxley, may be at Double or Nothing next Saturday Night.
Swagger said that he will have one or two wrestling dates in the summer, but wants to focus full-time in MMA and his career for Bellator. Helwani followed up by asking if one of those was Double or Nothing. This was the response.

I don’t want to step in Jon Moxley’s Shadow. Rgar’s going to be a great debut for him. I’m still keeping my fingers crossed that’s where we see him at.
Could we be seeing Dean Ambrose at Double or Nothing?
While it is possible, it may not be likely as he is set to be filming a movie which could have him miss next Saturday’s inaugural All Elite Wrestling Show. Deadline confirmed that Ambrose, aka Moxley, will be starring in the MMA movie “Cagefighter”. So this could mean the appearance is nothing but rumor and innuendo.
Shawn Spears to AEW?
Shawn Spears aka “The Perfect Ten” Tye Dillinger in WWE was teased in the most recent episode of “Being The Elite”. In the episode, Maxwell Jacob Friedman calls out Spears after Cody Rhodes did a back flip into his pool. They scored the backflip “a perfect 10”. With MJF being in the Casino Battle Royale, does this mean Shawn Spears is drawing the joker next Saturday?
Young Bucks Take Shots at WWE Situation
In case you don’t know, many WWE superstars are frustrated with their creative direction and are asking for their release. This include the previously mention Dillinger who was granted his release, The Revival, Luke Harper and Sasha Banks. However rather than being granted their release Harper and Banks are getting paychecks for staying home while the Revival are being humiliated on a weekly basis.
Nick and Matt Jackson took this as a way to open this week’s episode of “Being The Elite“. One of the two “Librarians” Peter Avalon approached the Bucks about the situation and asked for his release with the company. Instead of being granted his released, they turned into a reward for getting paid to be at home with this family and spend Christmas at home. Also, they added time to the back end of his contract (the same tactics WWE is doing). Rather than making it a punishment, Avalon accepted it as a reward. After he left the scene, The Bucks mention how they would embarrass him with his booking (ala The Revival).
Bray Wyatt’s Character! Yowie Wowie!
Monday night saw the reveal of the new “Bray Wyatt” a sociopath schizo who has learned to harshness his evil. Social media raved about the reveal as many consider it the most intriguing thing WWE has produced in quite some thing.
