Sasha Banks Reportedly Given Time Off To “Figure Out What She Wants To Do”

As we have been reporting, Sasha Banks is currently unhappy with her situation in WWE.

She was previously said to have told WWE Officials that she was not coming in this week, however plans changed as it was reported yesterday that Banks had flown to Montreal and would be on hand for this week’s RAW & SDLive tapings. It wasn’t known if she would be featured on TV as the script was being rewritten due to travel issues facing other WWE Superstars, but as we saw there was no sight of Sasha last night on RAW.

The situation surrounding Sasha Banks was discussed on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, and Dave Meltzer provided an update on what is currently going on with The Boss. It was said that WWE has given Sasha some time off so that she can figure out what she wants to do. It was noted that WWE does not want Sasha Banks to leave the company, obviously.

It was also mentioned that Sasha was not booked for the RAW in Montreal, and that he doesn’t know how much time Banks has been given to think things over.

Meltzer said:

“She has been given time off to figure out what she wants to do. They don’t want her to leave. I haven’t heard about her [contract] being done soon. She wasn’t on the show today and she wasn’t booked on the show today. I don’t know how much time she was given, but I don’t know if it’s that long.”

It was also pointed out that Sasha Banks could always show up on tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live as part of the Superstar Shake-Up.

We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about Sasha Banks and her current status with WWE, or anything concerning tonight’s SmackDown and the Superstar Shake-Up.
