Even though spring is just around the corner, that doesn’t mean love can’t be in the air during these cold winter months.
Earlier in the year MJF and Allie Kat faked an engagement to further the story they were telling in the ring. MJF being a jerk and Allie Kat being in love with a jerk. That engagement didn’t end well and might not have even been real.
At A Matter Of Pride Wrestling show, two wrestlers got engaged in the middle of the ring.
The engagement was between Vinny Pacifico and The Boy Diva. Matt Striker was also in the ring because this followed a tag match where Striker, The Boy Diva and Pacifico teamed up. Striker, noticing how special the moment is, took the classy way out of the ring to let the love birds have their moment.
The Boy Diva was very proud to become an honest woman.
and fans were quick to comment on this historical moment in wrestling.
People say wins and losses in wrestling don’t matter. That may or may not be true, but winning matters when love wins, and on that night, love won.
