As we have been reporting, WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso was recently arrested in downtown Detroit or disorderly conduct and obstruction after he “squared up” and tried to fight police officers.
Reports state that Naomi was driving the vehicle, which was pulled over for going the wrong way down a one way street. The vehicle was said to have “reeked of alcohol”, so the officer ordered Naomi to exit the vehicle, while telling Jimmy to remain inside. While Naomi was outside speaking with police, Jimmy Uso proceeded to exit the vehicle despite being commanded by police to remain inside.
From there Jimmy became more upset and removed his shirt and “squared up” like he wanted to fight the officer. Officer’s are said to have pulled their tasers out, and eventually Jimmy listed to the officers commands. He was then arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction taken to jail. He was later released on bond.
The Usos are scheduled to wrestle The Miz & Shane McMahon for the SmackDown Tag Titles at Sunday’s Elimination Chamber PPV. There has previously been reports that The Usos are unhappy in WWE and that there is fear they might leave the company when their contracts expire soon.
To make this situation even more complex, is a new report from FOX News which states that Jimmy Uso and Naomi are purposely trying to get fired from WWE. Their report said:
“Uso and his wife want to get fired by the WWE, so this arrest just might be the shoe that drops.”
As we have said, WWE is very worried about potentially losing The Usos when their contracts expire at the end of April, and it had been believed that WWE would potentially be putting the belts on The Usos tomorrow night, much similar to how The Revival did on RAW, which is said to be WWE’s way of trying to appease unhappy talent.
