It was previously announced that All Elite Wrestling will have a working relationship with AAA Lucha Libre from Mexico. It appears as though this new relationship between AAA and AEW will not have any effect on IMPACT Wrestling’s deal with AAA.
According to a report from PWInsider, they were told from sources that IMPACT was aware of the new relationship between AAA and AEW days before the news was publicly announced. IMPACT was also informed that there would be no changes to their current deal with AAA going forward.
Things can always change, but it’s being said that IMPACT Wrestling is under the impression that everything is fine concerning their deal between the two companies.
