Wrestling is fickle. Sometimes the cream rises to the top, other times the best wrestlers on the planet never seem to catch their big break. As is the case with independent wrestling legend Eddie Kingston a.k.a. King in Impact Wrestling. A few years ago Eddie Kingston lost his Chikara Grand Championship and was talking about hanging up the boots if he wasn’t signed to Impact or WWE. Impact eventually signed him to a contract.
King seems to have finished his time up at Impact after the LAX feud and sent out this not so cryptic tweet.
Some wrestlers have pointed out that Eddie has done this in the past, that doesn’t mean this time isn’t the real one.
We here at Bodyslam hope something crazy does happen. Eddie Kingston is a gem and is needed in the wrestling scene.
