Kevin Owens started his WWE career with a match at NXT TakeOver: R Evolution against CJ Parker. Parker would break Kevin’s nose with a palm thrust strike. Eventually, CJ left WWE and became Juice Robinson, who is a big superstar in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Kevin and Juice remained great friends. Kevin even shared a text between the two, celebrating their friendship anniversary.
“Happy ‘breaking my nose and becoming great friends because of it’ Anniversary buddy,” said the text.
“Hell yeah!!, Such a great wrestling friendship story,” Robinson replied.
