The road to Wrestlemania will start soon enough and of course, WWE will have big plans for the event. But with Roman Reigns out of action due to leukemia, the company will have to figure out what to do in order to generate a big match. One possible candidate is The Rock, assuming he will be able to wrestle as he has a very busy schedule.
On Barnburner’s No Holds Barred podcast, Joe Peisich discussed WWE considering something big for The Rock at Wrestlemania. This is what he said:
”You may ask who would The Rock take on? Well, several sources have said that The Rock — if he does have a match could end up being — and this is huge if this does happen… Bobby Lashley.”
Of course, this is just pure speculation at this point and we don’t know if The Rock will even appear for Wrestlemania, let alone compete. So we will have to wait and see what happens next.
