Samoa Joe and WWE Champion AJ Styles put on a clinic, as they went back and forth in their match until AJ finally got the win. However, it was in shrouded in controversy. For the lack of better words, it was a Dusty finish.
Styles reversed the Coquina Clutch to pin Joe. But, replays showed that he had tapped out, not being in the referee’s vision as soon as he counted three. Joe was left very angry and challenged the decision. But he was knocked over by AJ Styles.
