IMPACT Wrestling has re-signed former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Abyss.
According to a report in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Abyss has signed a new contract with IMPACT Wrestling.
Abyss is a former TNA World Champion, TNA X-Division Champion, 2 time TNA Television Champion, a 2 time holder of the TNA World Tag Team Championship (Once with James Storm, and Once with Crazzy Steve). Abyss is also a former NWA World Tag Team Champion along with AJ Styles back with TNA was still partnered with the NWA. Abyss is the fourth TNA Triple Crown Champion, and the second TNA Grand Slam Champion. So obviously with Abyss’ deep history with the company it was a big signing for IMPACT Wrestling to keep him around.
