WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has shared interesting insight about current WWE superstar that he is going to become the WWE Champion or the Universal Champion down the road. Jim Ross has introduced many talented wrestlers to the WWE that includes 17-times WWE Champion, John Cena. Jim Ross says that Drew McIntire is going to become the champion shortly.
Jim Ross spoke on his podcast The Jim Ross Report, “Another guy that has got my attention is Drew McIntyre. He looks great, and he sounds great. He’s in great condition; He’s just getting better and better. He is big-time player. I could see very easily Drew McIntyre Universal or WWE Champion somewhere down the road without a doubt; it’s a layer, trust me on this!”
Author’s take
I agree with Jim Ross prediction because Triple H and Vince McMahon had eyes on McIntyre for a very long time. He was introduced to the WWE as “THE CHOSEN ONE” by the WWE officials, but it did not work out at that time.
However, we are looking at the better version of McIntyre, who looks very promising both physically and mentally.
