As we saw on this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown LIVE, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville were forced to split up ending their run together as Absolution.
WWE debuted a new ring entrance and new music for Mandy Rose as well, which we saw before her match with Becky Lynch. Which Rose was victorious in, indicating that the WWE Superstar is being pushed by the company. Mandy Rose’s repacking and new entrance and music was discussed on today’s episode of Wrestling Observer Radio. Dave Meltzer confirmed that WWE has big plans for the former Absolution member, and the company see’s her as a star.
Regarding Mandy Rose, Meltzer said:
“Obviously they have big plans for Many Rose. They gave her a nice new ring entrance, they think she’s a star. I think she’s a star too. Maybe it’s early, maybe it’s not but she’s got a good look. So there you go, they see something in her.”
Meltzer also noted that he feels it may be too early to push Mandy Rose like this.
