Alicia Fox Told By WWE Not To Come To Show Up For WrestleMania After Incident With Ronda Rousey’s Husband

WWE Superstar Alicia Fox told by company not to show up to the building for WrestleMania 34.

It was reported over the weekend that WWE Superstar Alicia Fox was involved in an incident with Ronda Rousey’s husband, UFC Fighter Travis Browne. There is a video circulating that shows what appears to be a drunken Alicia Fox pointing her finger in the face of Browne, making a scene in the lobby of a New Orleans hotel.

Fox had originally been rumored to participate in the Women’s Battle Royal match if she was cleared for action. Conflicting reports came out yesterday that stated she had been pulled from the match as punishment for the incident, while other reports stated she was never booked for the match to begin with.

The situation was discussed on today’s episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, and Dave Meltzer reports that Alicia Fox was told not to come to the arena Sunday for WrestleMania 34. Meltzer said everything went down about 2:30 AM on Sunday morning.

Co-host Bryan Alvarez went on to say:

“What I heard was that she was pulled away and [Fox] was baffled, everyone was baffled, and then she was taken away. And I heard two versions of what WWE [told her]. She was not cleared, so she wouldn’t have been in the battle royal anyway, she wasn’t cleared to wrestle. So one person said that they told her “Don’t come to the building today.” And the other person said that they told her “You don’t have to come to the building today.” One seems much more serious than the other.”

Alvarez continued:

“But, because this is Ronda Rousey’s husband and it happened, I don’t think this is a good thing. But I don’t know what’s going to happen. But that’s what happened with her.”
