CM Punk Reveals Date For His Next UFC Fight

The date for CM Punk’s next UFC fight has been revealed.

Former WWE Champion and Current UFC Star CM Punk responded to a fan on Twitter yesterday and revealed that he will be making his return to the octagon on June 9th, 2018 when the UFC makes their Chicago debut at The United Center for UFC 225.

Punk was asked on Twitter, “So when are we gonna see you cry again in the Octagon? 😂 @CMPunk”. To which Punk responded by saying, “June nine, after I win and lock eyes with my beautiful wife, embrace my coaches and shout out my entire team”.

CM Punk signed with the UFC back on December 6th, 2014 and was announced that his contract was a multi-fight deal with the company.

Punk made his MMA and UFC debut at UFC 203 on September 10, 2016 against Mickey Gall. Punk lost the fight via rear naked choke at just the 2:14 mark of the first round.

Following his loss Punk faced heavy criticism by fans, analysts, fellow fighters, and even UFC President Dana White.

Currently there is no word on who Punk will face in his next fight at UFC 225, but we will keep you posted when more information is made available.
