As was reported earlier today, WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy was arrested Sunday night around 10:20 pm in Cameron, North Carolina for driving while impaired.
The accident report states that Hardy was driving around and hit a guardrail. The report adds that Hardy, “ran off the roadway to the right, in turn striking about 105 feet of guardrail before the backend of the car spun out of control 90 degrees to the left, coming to rest in the middle of the right in-bound lane of travel.”
Jeff Hardy was released about an hour after his arrest. He has a court date scheduled for April 18th, and has had his license taken away for 30 days.
