Dean Ambrose Could Be Out Of Action For Up To Six Months With Tricep Injury

WWE.com is reporting that WWE Superstar Dean Ambrose has suffered a high-grade tricep tendon injury to his right arm. They continued by stating that Ambrose is undergoing further examination from noted orthopedic surgeon Dr. Jeffrey Dugas. .

“An MRI has shown suspicion for a high-grade triceps tendon injury, possibly a tear, so he is undergoing surgical exploration and most likely surgical repair of the torn triceps tendon,” WWE Senior Ringside Physician Dr. Chris Amann told WWE.com.

“That surgery will be happening later this evening, and we should have some further updates either later tonight or tomorrow morning as to what the findings were, what the structures that were damaged were, and also a timeline for recovery.”

If Ambrose has in fact suffered a full tear, he could be out of action for up to six months. If that is indeed the case, that would mean that Ambrose would definitely miss next years Wrestlemania 34.
