The Revival asked for their WWE release on Monday, following RAW. However, they were not granted their request, and WWE is adamant on making them stay.
With a recent tease from All Elite Wrestling’s Facebook page, fans speculated that we could see the team make the jump to the new promotion soon. However, they may have to wait a year before that happens.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, the former NXT Tag Team Champions are under contract with the WWE until April of next year. So they can’t do anything until then.
Perhaps The Revival will finally get a push now, we will have to wait and see what happens.
