Location Of AEW’s Debut Event “Double Or Nothing” Revealed

The buzz surrounding the launch of All Elite Wrestling has been huge, and more news appears to be coming in the wake of last night’s NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 13.

It was previously announced that AEW’s first event will be called Double or Nothing. The Elite announced a rally that will be held in Jacksonville, Florida on Tuesday, January 8th and it was expected that more details including the local of Double or Nothing would be officially announced.

It appears however, some of their announcements may have already been spoiled as Dave Meltzer revealed on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio that he can confirm that the location of All Elite Wrestling’s debut event will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Which seems to fit in with the name, and theme of the events logo.

It is believed that there will more than likely be another Starrcast event to coincide with AEW’s Double or Nothing from Vegas. It was not revealed which venue the company is planning on holding the event at in Las Vegas, however it was mentioned that the issue with the T-Mobile Arena which might have booking conflicts due to Las Vegas’ NHL Team The Golden Knights potentially having games previously scheduled at the venue.
