Former Power Rangers Actor Jason David Frank To Make His Pro Wrestling Debut

Former TV star Jason David Frank, whom you may remember as Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger and later the White Ranger, from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers franchise, is no stranger to Pro Wrestling as he has been involved in twitter feuds in the past with former WWE Champion CM Punk.

It has recently been announced that Jason David Frank will finally be making his pro wrestling debut sometime in 2019. He will be competing for the independent wrestling promotion LWA – Laredo Wrestling Alliance, in Laredo Texas.

Jason David Frank made an appearance at the last LWA event “Let’s Say Goodbye”, where he was involved in a confrontation with LWA wrestler Brysin Scott.

An accidental collision escalates into a violent alteration between Mr. Studtacular Brysin Scott and L.W.A. Special Guest Jason David Frank at LWA’s “Let’s Say Goodbye” event.

You can see footage of Frank’s appearance at LWA’s “Let’s Say Goodbye” below.

Frank recently spoke to the Laredo Morning Times following the event, where he discussed his upcoming Pro Wrestling debut.

“I’ve always been interested in stepping into a wrestling ring, I don’t do this stuff. I do MMA. Just to learn this stuff is cool. I went to WWE, but just to see this passion in these fighters, everyone is hungry and everyone wants to be the best they can. I like that.”

“I love going to South Texas Comic Con, I’ve wanted to do a Power Morphicon down here. We are doing one in Texas, and I have been wanting to do one in Laredo. So, when (LWA) called me, they soon asked what my price was, and I had told them I would come down for free.

“I feel like for me and my fan base, you are never too big to attend events like this or come to towns that most people don’t go to. I’m happy to be here.”
