WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion and WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey were scheduled to face off at last month’s Survivor Series PPV, but due to injury Becky Lynch was forced to be removed from the match and was replaced by Charlotte Flair.

However, the inevitable match between Rousey and Lynch has been rumored to have been moved to WrestleMania 35 and according to new reports the match could get even more interesting.

On the latest episode of Barnburner’s No Holds Barred podcast, Joseph Peisich reported that WWE could be planning something more for the rumored Rousey vs. Lynch match. He stated that WWE has been negotiating with two of the biggest names in the UFC for potential roles at WrestleMania 35.

“The rumor going around, they’re trying to sign Conor McGregor possibly not to fight at WrestleMania. How about this? How about Becky Lynch vs Ronda Rousey. In Becky Lynch’s corner will be Conor McGregor and in Ronda Rousey’s corner will be Daniel Cormier.”

We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about possible roles for Conor McGregor and Daniel Cormier, or a potential matchup between Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania.
