REPORT: The Likelihood of Bray Wyatt Replacing Braun Strowman At TLC

Braun Strowman was brutalized on RAW and was written off the show so that he could have an elbow surgery. It is scheduled for this Monday and the belief is that he will be there in time for TLC pay-per-view on December 16th. But WWE might be making plans in case he doesn’t make it in time.

Bray Wyatt made his in-ring return at WWE Starrcade last night, where he beat Baron Corbin. On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer speculated that he might be replacing Braun Strowman. This is what he said:

“I don’t know if that means he’s going to be back at TV on Monday or not. But perhaps that means they may do an angle on Monday if Strowman can’t wrestle and Bray Wyatt comes back and wrestles Baron Corbin in San Jose, maybe? Who knows? But maybe [Wyatt] will be back on Monday, yeah.”

Wyatt would be a good replacement for Braun if nothing else. So we will have to wait and see what happens.
