Lawsuit Involving Charlotte Flair Claims To Have Dashboard Footage Of Racist Outburst With Police

As we reported earlier, WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair and the WWE are all being sued by Charlotte’s ex-husband Riki Paul Johnson over statements made in the book “Second Nature”, which was co-written by both Charlotte & Ric Flair.

Charlotte made claims in the book that she was abused by Johnson, and that he was sterile and unable to father children. Johnson is seeking $5 million is his defamation lawsuit against the Flair’s and WWE.

In a new report from our friends at Ringsidenews.com, they state that in legal documents regarding the lawsuit that they have obtained, Johnson claims that he has “very interesting evidence” to prove that his is not the bad guy he was painted as being. The lawsuit claims that they have evidence in the case which includes footage recorded on a dashboard camera that shows Charlotte Flair as being an “out of control aggressor in a physical and verbal tirade which was directed at the responding offers, as well as her disparaging and racist comments being directed at the Afro-American community in Chapel Hill, NC.”

The lawsuit goes on to claim that the book “Second Nature” written by Charlotte & Ric Flair, which was released last year, was full of “mistruths concerning their relationship,” and Riki Paul Johnson and his legal team feel they have enough evidence to prove it.

We will keep you updated as news regarding the lawsuit involving The Flairs and WWE as it becomes available.
