Tenille Dashwood To Undergo Surgery – No Time Table For Her Return

Tenille Dashwood, also known as former WWE Superstar Emma, announced at Ring of Honor’s Death Before Dishonor TV Tapings on Saturday night that she has been wrestling with a serious shoulder injury which will require surgery to repair.

Dashwood faced Sumie Sakai for the Women of Honor World Championship Friday night at ROH’s Death Before Dishonor event. Dashwood was unsuccessful in her title match, which saw her eventually pass out after being unable to escape from an armbreaker. Later on during the broadcast a backstage segment aired showing Dashwood holding her shoulder after being attacked, her attacker was not revealed.

The following night during ROH’s TV Tapings Dashwood came out to the ring with her arm in a sling and addressed the crowd. She cut a very personal promo where she opened up about dealing with a skin condition called psoriasis for most of her life, which recently forced her to pull out of ROH’s Honor Re-United shows in the United Kingdom back in August, after suffering from the worst flare of of the condition she had ever had to deal with.

Dashwood also revealed that for the last six months she has been wrestling with a serious shoulder injury and that she will be undergoing surgery in the near future to fix it. She did not go into specific details regarding the injury to her shoulder. The extent of the injury to her shoulder is not known, nor is there any information on a timetable for her return.

We will keep you updated as soon as more information regarding Tenille Dashwood’s upcoming surgery to repair the injury to her shoulder becomes known.
