The NXT live event at Largo has made quite an impact. It was mainly one match that has people talking. Three of the Four Horsewomen of UFC had a debut match. What makes their debut even more special is that match also gave us the debut of Io Shirai in an NXT ring.
Io has been wrestling for 11 years, mainly in Japan promotion Stardom. She was known as the ‘ace’ or best wrestler in the company. After doing a few tours in Mexico she soon was being recruited to WWE along with another Stardom star Kairi Hojo aka Kairi Sane.
This is the two before their match where they teamed with Deonna Purrazzo. Io lost her debut match when Purrazzo took the loss in the bout.
