We saw Dean Ambrose make his highly anticipated return from injury last week on RAW, and then this week we saw the reunion of The Shield.
Following RAW, WWE had three new Shield shirts available for purchase. The fact that they already had the new merchandise ready to go indicates that the company has been planning the reunion of The Shield for some time.
It should also be noted that one of the shirt designs actually says “Brooklyn” on it, which is another sign that this had been planned for awhile. It should also be noted that WWE never discontinued or stopped selling Shield merchandise.
