An Attorney In Memphis Is Raising Questions Surrounding Former WWE Superstar Brian Christopher’s Death

As it has been reported on this week, former WWE Superstar Brian Christopher Lawler passed away Sunday afternoon after attempting suicide Saturday night when he hung himself in his Hardeman County Jail cell. Brian remained on life support until Sunday afternoon until his father Jerry Lawler was able to return to Tennessee to say goodbye to his son.

We also reported that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has officially opened an investigation into the death of Brian Christopher Lawler.

Jeff Rosenblum, who is a well known attorney in Memphis, is now raising questions surrounding the circumstances involving the death of Brian Christopher Lawler and the events leading up to Brian hanging himself in his cell.

“What is the TBI going to do? What documentation are they looking at? Are they looking at surveillance video? I want to know more. If it is my son and my client? I want to know more”

Rosenblum has filed over 40 lawsuits against the county, and is skeptical after incidents like the one involving former WWE Superstar Brian Christopher occur.

“Most suicides are preventable, and most suicides in confinement are and should be prevented.”

Rosenblum recently told FOX13 that an outsider might accept the explanation, however he does not believe that the Lawler family should.

“I want to see the log books. I want to talk to the inmates I want to get statements from those inmates, get statement from them to make sure that is an accurate statement.”
