WWE SmackDown LIVE Women’s Champion Carmella suffered a busted lip earlier in the week in her match against Becky Lynch on SmackDown, and it appears as though she is medically unable to compete.
Carmella has been providing updates via social media regarding her condition, and she noted on Thursday that she may not be medically cleared to compete at the WWE Live event in Wildwood, NJ tonight.

Carmella provided another update on Friday, letting everyone know that is is “not looking good” that she will be able to compete at tonight’s Live Event in NJ.
