Mark Henry Reveals Conversation He Had With Hulk Hogan Backstage At Extreme Rules

Hulk Hogan’s racial slurs have affected his image in public, and it has affected his legacy in the wrestling industry as well. WWE pulled him out of WWE Live events, promotions, media, and even from records following the remarks that had leaked in a private video years ago.

Hulk Hogan is regaining his reputation after he started to conduct many campaigns and involving himself in charity work for a few months. Eventually helping lead to WWE re-instating him back into the Hall of fame.

Hulk Hogan appeared backstage at the 2018 Extreme Rules PPV, and he took a moment to apologize to RAW and Smackdown superstars for the racist comments made in the leaked video.

WWE Superstar Mark Henry spoke to Busted Open Radio, and said, “Yes, and when talking to him yesterday he’s willing to. I was very optimistic after talking to him.

He’s like, ‘Mark I’ll do whatever. Because I want people to see my heart not what I said anymore. It’s an embarrassing thing. I go places, and I see people giving me a look I’m not used to getting and it’s been that way since that time.’

I can’t live with it like that. I gotta fix it.’

And I was like, ‘great; you’re willing to fix it? I’m willing to help.

Mark Henry is ready to help the wrestling icon restore his legacy back in the WWE.
