Former WWE World Champion Rob Van Dam forced to give up his dogs’ ashes in divorce settlement.

The Blast is reporting that according to documents they have obtained, the former WCW, ECW, WWE, and TNA Superstar Rob Van Dam has finalized his divorce ending his 17 year marriage with his estranged wife Sonya.

The settlement is said to included a division of their community property, which sees Sonya receive the vehicle – a Mini Cooper, a grandfather clock, family photos, books and a drafting table, as well as her engagement ring, diamond ring and other jewelry. But what may be the most sentimental loss for RVD in the agreement is Sonya winning rights to the ashes of the couples deceased dogs, Rosie & Zena.

Rob Van Dam will reportedly get to keep the inheritance from his father, the household furniture and appliances, and all of the jewelry in his possession. RVD was also awarded 2 vehicles in the settlement, he will be getting the 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid and a 1998 Ford Explorer.

In addition, the former couple agreed to sell their two marital homes, one in Palos Verdes, California and the other in Las Vegas, Nevada. Also, RVD will be responsible for paying Sonya an equalization payment of $262,500 from the sale of the two homes & properties.

The report also states that Sonya was awarded sole possession of a plot of land that they owned in Oklahoma.

Once the judge signs off on the agreement Rob Van Dam will officially be divorced.

RVD recently posted a photo on his instagram account with his current girlfriend, and fellow professional wrestler Katie Forbes which included the statement, “With the right partner, life is a celebration every day!!” Which one would assume is indirectly referencing the divorce.
