Which Brand Will Get The Build For The Undertaker Vs. John Cena Going Into WrestleMania?

As has been previously reported John Cena is expected to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 34 on April 8th from New Orleans, Louisiana. WWE began the build for the match this week on RAW when John Cena teased a possible match against The Undertaker during his in-ring promo on the show.

As far as the build for the match goes, the belief is that The Undertaker will not respond to John Cena until after the upcoming WWE Fastlane PPV event. As seen on this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown LIVE, John Cena was victorious in a match against AJ Styles and has been added to the Main Event at Fastlane making it a Six-Pack Challenge Match for the WWE Championship.

According to the Twitter account @WrestleVotes the build for the match is actually expected to take place on SmackDown LIVE instead of RAW. They did indicated that there could be some crossover onto RAW programming but that remains to be seen.

“The Undertaker / John Cena program has been shifted to Smackdown Live. As it builds, it may lead over to Raw at times but TBD. Taker tonight in LA or 2 weeks in Indy. Don’t expect the first time we see Taker again to be next week in Green Bay.”
