PWInsider is reporting that Impact Wrestling personality Jeremy Borash has signed with WWE.
Borash alerted officials with Impact Wrestling today that he has signed and is headed to WWE. Borash had been seen over the last few days attending WWE Events, but had been telling people he was just there visiting friends. The word going around backstage within WWE was that he had indeed signed with the company.
Borash did voice-over work last Thursday for Impact, and filmed material for Impact Wrestling at Friday night’s House of Hardcore 37 Event from the 2300 Arena (former ECW Arena). These obligations appear to have been his last duties for Impact Wrestling.
It is not yet known exactly what Borash’s duties will be with WWE upon his arrival. It has been speculated that he could be involved somehow in the WOKEN Character storyline with Matt Hardy given the history between the two.
