Charles Thompson, Jr. Brings Shanquis To WWE Royal Rumble – Meets Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, John Cena, and More

Charles Thompson Jr. a high school senior, and star of his high school basketball team went viral back in December when he gave a special christmas present, a toy WWE NXT Championship to his friend Shanquis.

After the video went viral, Thompson received a lot of attention for his act of kindness. The two have been able to attend numerous sporting events together, and had the opportunity to meet many of his favorite athletes. Recently Thompson and Shanquis were treated to a Washington Wizards game where he got to go to the locker room where players from the Wizards instantly recognized Shanquis from his NXT Belt viral video.

But the Shanquis’ real love is wrestling, and the WWE. At last night’s WWE Royal Rumble, Charles Thompson Jr. took his friend Shanquis to the event where he was able to meet both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, John Cena, Randy Orton, and more.
