3. Seth Rollins – Probably the most qualified to win the Rumble and reinvent himself as one of the best wrestlers to take the mantle, Tyler Black falls to number three because, let’s face it, Seth Rollins did not do a whole lot in 2017; but that is all the more reason for a huge push! Why not put Seth up against some of the heaviest hitters in this new year to headline another Wrestlemania (without Triple H on his heels)?
