PWInsider is reporting that top indy star Ricochet is expected to sign with WWE. He is expected to start with the company early next year.
Ricochet while working for almost every major indy promotion including NJPW, may be known mostly for his portrayal of Prince Puma in Lucha Underground. There have been rumors of Ricochet signing with WWE for months.
Impact Wrestling made an offer to Ricochet recently but were unable to sign the highly touted star. PWInsider also added that “a very prominent female independent talent” will be signing as well, but did not elaborate any further as to who she may be.
